ABOUT ME
Led the redesign of all catalogs for Major Surplus/Voodoo Tactical, establishing a streamlined production schedule for quarterly retail, tactical, and wholesale catalogs. Developed and executed a marketing strategy aimed at expanding the customer base for retail catalogs. Managed a 200,000-person mailing list, overseeing ‘in-home’ deliveries, email blasts, and tracking responses using Excel. Created detailed procedures for transitioning QuarkXPress documents to Adobe InDesign CS2/CS4. Negotiated print contracts for catalogs and other marketing materials, resulting in significant cost savings during the first year.
